COACH Foundation, Inc., is a private, not for profit community-based organization that was founded in 1981. COACH operates in economically depressed areas and helps to provide stable environments for growth.
COACH has been recognized by receiving many awards such as, Non-Profit of the year 1998, Unsung Hero Award by Tampa Organization for Black Affairs, and over 15 certificates of appreciation from various community organizations and businesses.

Our Mission
The mission of COACH centers on the theme, “Helping people to help themselves.” To this end, COACH is committed to developing comprehensive strategies to address economic, housing, health, educational and spiritual problems that plague our communities. These strategies encompass a wide array of services including, but are not limited to, job training, family counseling, drug and alcohol counseling, educational training, housing related services, and economic development.
